We've been farming in the North-East of Scotland for over 40 years and are focused primarily on growing and supplying quality Scottish vegetables for the packing and processing markets as well as direct to retail outlets. The climate in this area of Scotland provides ideal growing conditions for vegetables. Protection of the environment along with environmentally friendly methods of production are very important to the growing techniques used by Maxwell Farms and to meet the demands of the discerning customer. The latest addition to vegetables being grown is Organic Beetroot, and we are growing broccoli, lettuce, savoy cabbage and cauliflower as trial crops.
